“The official opening of our first exhibition since COVID was formally opened on Wednesday 1st November by Nicky Connor - Director of FIFE Health and Social Care PARTNERSHIP, and also Joy Tomlinson - Director of PUBLIC HEALTH. Also in attendance was Mark McGeachie, ( director of the Fife Health Charity who financed the gallery project). The exhibition was planned and installed by Gillian Parsons, the Arts Convener of the Health charity and Mike Dunn, DPA member.
Ken Goodfellow thanked NHS FIFE’S PARTNERSHIP for the opportunity TO EXHIBIT in this prime location and was supported by some of DPA’S exhibiting members ; Gillian Temple, Mike Dunn, Marjory McIntosh, David Bolton, David Langskaill, Alan Clark, Linda Cooper , Ian and Elizabeth Monk.
The exhibition is in the new community gallery connecting phase one to phase two of the hospital - access gan be gained from the main entrance via the stairs to the first floor and turning right - the gallery is at the end of the corridor - or from the entrance to phase one turning right and continuing along the corridor. The images currently on display will be refreshed from time to time from a stock of images submitted by members.
