DPA Centenary Exhibition - Carnegie Library Dunfermline

As part of our Centenary celebrations, Dunfermline Photographic Association was delighted to present a special exhibition in the Community Gallery at Dunfermline Carnegie Library.

The library holds a unique place in the city’s history as the first library to be donated by Andrew Carnegie, making it a particularly fitting venue in which to celebrate 100 years of photography in Dunfermline.

The exhibition ran from 29 May to 29 June, giving visitors a full month to enjoy a selection of images showcasing the creativity and talent of our members. Although the exhibition has now come to a close, we’re pleased to preserve a record of it here.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to David Bolton and Mike Dunn for organising the exhibition.

If you weren’t able to visit in person, you can still experience the exhibition through the short video below, along with photographs capturing the displays and atmosphere of this special event.
