Bruce Festival 2025

Following our success at the Bruce 750th Anniversary Festival last year we entered into a collaboration with the organisers, who provided a tent and some topical picture boards. 

With our own base camp not only could we photograph the whole event with our members on hand, we were able to talk to visitors about photography, the club and our celebrations planned for next year. The tent proved popular with a considerable number of visitors and club members to meet and shelter from the rain.

The number of visitors were up significantly on last year, with large numbers in attendance on Saturday, and considering the downpour on the Sunday morning, this was a credit to the organisers in marketing the event and was an overall success.

We will be there again in 2026  and the club will be a sprightly 100 years old!!
