For our first Autumn trip it was back to Perth to QuarryMill near Scone palace which has been host to Quarrys, mills and woodland since the 14th Century and more recently to a charity coffee shop. Which served ,of course ,a convenient venue for some food photography! Although only five could make this trip, all enjoyed a relaxing walk up the Annaty burn with the forecast rain thankfully not making an appearance.
With so many bridges across the burn we seemed to each take a diverse route with some making to the church at the far end of the path with its memorial to David Douglas one of the first of the 18th Century pioneering botanists.
