This years visit to Perthshire targeted the Falls of Dochart at Killin, with a short stop at Lochearnhead to capture the views of the Loch from Loch Earnhead village.
After meeting at the Halbeath Park & Ride we set off for Perth and morning coffee at Dobbies on the way North, passing through Crief and St Filllans before the stop at Loch Earn head. A few long exposure shots and attempts to use longer focal length were tried as well as a variety of filters, before regrouping and heading to Killin.
The falls of Dochart were spectacular with plenty opportunities for creative images; the falls, rock pools, the bridge and the nearby clan McNab graveyard.
Lunch was al fresco at the Falls of Dochart Inn in full sun, before a visit to the nearby watermill on the way home.
